With God All Things Are Possible

A Bit of a Blog

   A Kansas Wife
Three men married wives from different states.

The first man married a woman from Michigan. He told her that she was to
do the dishes and house cleaning. It took a couple of days, but on the
third day, he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and put
away.

The second man married a woman from Alabama. He gave his wife orders
that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking. The first
day he didn't see any results, but the next day he saw it was better. By
the third day, he saw his house was clean, the dishes were done and
there was a huge dinner on the table.

The third man married a girl from Kansas. He ordered her to keep the
house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed, and hot meals
on the table for every meal. He said the first day he didn't see
anything, the second day he didn't see anything but by the third day,
some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his
left eye, and his arm was healed enough that he could fix himself a
sandwich and load the dishwasher.

These are my pets
I love them best.
This is their home.
You are the guest.
So if you should find
My pets a peeve,
Then by all means
feel free to leave.

Hello.  My name is Patty.  I got started in Poms when my neighbor gave me a little, white bundle of fur.  I named him Bubba, BIG Bubba, and love him to pieces.  I have received so much joy from him, I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have him.

He is my constant companion, he rules the house, and he knows it!  He's the king of the castle without a doubt and keeps my other dogs in line.  Or tries to!

I decided I wanted another Pom.  I was given a female named Shila, beautiful girl.  One thing led to another and Bubba and Shila gave me Moki.  I enjoyed them immensely and decided that I wanted to be able to give others the joy and happiness my fur-babies had given me. (Please excuse the mess, we were remodeling but when I saw them in this pose I HAD to take the picture.  It's my most favorite of them.)

First thing, I had Bubba and Moki neutered.  Shila was spayed.  Then I started looking around to see what I wanted in the way of Poms for breeding.  I found Tari-a little black and tan girl-and Shassie-a little black and white parti-girl.  They came to me from Florida and are simply sweethearts.  Regretably, the person I got them from wasn't completely honest when she sold them.  Shassie is only about 3 1/2lbs, WAY too tiny for breeding.  Tari is a good size but has to have C-sections.  So,  I spayed Shassie and she now lives with my sister who adores her.  Tari also has been spayed, is living with my sister and Shassie, she's a sweetie, and is a beloved pet.

Next to come is Taffy.  She's a great girl, she simply ADORES people and has been a superb Mom.   I'm so glad I found her.

I got Buddy and Missy from Pombreden kennel out in California when they were puppies.  Buddy is a precious, quiet little boy.  Missy is a super-charged package of dynamite!  All in all, a good combination.

(Missy has been placed in a home that has a white breeding program.  She also has been shown and is now a Champion!  Way to go Missy!)

I was surfing Pom sites--one of my favorite things--when I found Bear.  I liked his look immediately and his being Champion sired didn't hurt a thing.  He is TOO SWEET, very easy to get along with, and has been a joy to own.

I found Angel listed for sale from a breeder in Iowa.  She was just what I wanted for my daughter's present.  There is no doubt she's my daughter's dog, Angel can't hear or see anyone when her "Mom" is around.  She's a darling little girl.

My good friend Rex of Colbyco Poms told me about a great little champion sired boy that was for sale.  I decided to check him out and liked his look immediately. He was just what I wanted as he's gorgeous and partifactored.  Miller fits right in with everyone, he's a super-charged package of energy and is very easy-going.  He's a terrific find.

All in all I think I have a good foundation for breeding fur-babies and want to be able to help others get as much fun from Poms as I have.  Please feel free to email and see what I have available so you can share in the enjoyment!
