I'm glad you've decided to add a new member to your family.  Here are some things you need to know and agree to.

I require a deposit to hold your new baby until he/she is old enough to come to your home.  The deposit is one half of the purchase price.  "ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE" so please be sure this is the baby you want.  If for ANY reason you decide not to continue with purchasing your baby I am not responsible to refund any expenses you have incurred. 

Puppy MUST be paid for by 10 weeks of age unless arrangements are made with me.  If the puppy is not paid for by 10 weeks old the buyer forfeits all rights to the puppy and  I have the right to place the puppy with another family should I so choose.

I will only guarantee that the puppy you receive is the one you bought.  Said puppy will be healthy to the eye at the time of shipping.  You will have 24 hours from the time you receive your baby to have a vet check done.  If there is a LIFE THREATENING problem that shows up from that check you will immediately contact me so I am aware of such problem.  You are required to get another vet check from a different vet clinic within 3 days to confirm the same diagnosis and both vet reports must be sent to me for perusal.  You are responsible for all costs of vet checks, testing, etc.  I will contact you within 3 days of receiving both reports.  If it is found that the puppy has a LIFE THREATENING condition and you decide you don't want to keep the puppy, I will replace that puppy with one of my choosing when one becomes available.  Life threatening is the ONLY REASON  for replacement.  As I am a small breeder this might take a while so I can't give a time frame on replacement.  If you choose to keep the puppy NO REPLACEMENT will be made, no monies refunded,  and you accept the puppy AS IS,  with there being no more responsibility on my part.  Under NO circumstances will any monies be refunded.  You are responsible for all costs including shipping of the puppy back to me and shipping expenses of the replacement puppy.

I will not guarantee size, color, or quality of any puppy.  I do my best to give accurate information about your puppy before the sale but as anyone knows that has had a pom before they can change color from birth to full grown.  Also, I do not feel anyone can guarantee size, only give the best "guesstimate" they can.

I will not guarantee that any puppy will be a breeder.  If you decide to buy a puppy with full registration  I will give you full registration from AKC, it is your decision if you choose to breed or not.  (Please be aware that Poms are prone to C-sections.)  Puppies sold without breeding rights will be required to be spayed or neutered by the age of 1 year and will have limited registration with AKC.

If for any reason you are unhappy and choose to pursue recourse legally, you will be responsible for all costs pertaining to such action including but not limited to MY attorney fees, lost time from work, and cost of going to and from any court or attorney consultations, etc.  ALL LEGAL RECOURSE WILL BE DONE IN MIAMI COUNTY, KANSAS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Whew, that's a mouthful!  Now, what I WILL guarantee is that you will receive a loving, happy, adorable puppy to the best of my ability.  I handle my babies from birth so they are well used to people and loving.  My grandson also handles them so they are used to children.  They are used to other dogs as they play with all my other dogs for socialization and healthy excersize.  I will give you any information as to the personal preferences of each puppy.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I sell to large breeders, puppy mills, pet stores, or brokers.  Please be prepared to tell me about you, your family, your home, and why you want a puppy.  All buyers are required to provide an inside home and fenced yard.

By agreeing to buy any puppy or dog you are also agreeing to abide by what is written on this page even if there is no signed contract.

I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone I don't feel is suitable.
